21 May 2013,  Gudageri Village, Karnartaka, India: Villagers wait to fill up their water jugs during the two hour window the taps run outside the Primary Health Care centre at Gudageri Village near Hubli. The World Bank is financing the Karnataka Health Systems Project that is bringing mobile health clinics to remote villages in Karnataka and covers the cost of an ambulance, a doctor, pharmacist, two nurses, a cleaner and a driver. Villagers have the opportunity to see a doctor once a week for basic services and will be referred to Primary Health Care centres for larger issues Picture by Graham Crouch/World Bank
