Her older sister Massoma is a part owner of the business. Poshak Jawanan is a small business venture looking to grow and expand both its workforce and output. It is benefiting from the Afghan Rural Enterprise Development Program (REDP). It has been in the program for three months and is hoping to find larger space to get more workers but is hamstrung by the lack of city power to drive its machinery. .The World Bank is funding the REDP in conjunction with the Afghan Government by providing assistance with training for employees, marketing for the products and arranging access to finance to expand and grow the small business venture .
