31 May 2102, New Delhi, India:  Renowned chef Manish Mehrotra, of Indian Accent restaurant in the Manor Hotel, with his mango dessert of fresh Alphonso Aamras, Coconut and Jaggery ice cream, puffed rice candy. The dessert made from traditional ingredients includes one of the highest priced mangoes in the country, the Alphonso.  The low yield of mango this year is driving up prices in India.
